Weekly Server Maintenance on Jun 24th

We will be bringing all the servers down for our weekly maintenance from 3:30AM - 4:00AM EST (GMT-5) on Jun 24th.
1. Optimizing Server network.
2. Adjust the recharge bonus ( 20usd = 2120 ingots + 30mil, 40usd = 4320 ingots + 100mil )
